'Hiraeth' 2024 references the tale of Sleeping Beauty. Her tale is mirrored in the modern world, as we disassociate ourselves from reality and enter our own gardens of slumber, where we can find escape, safety and peace. This collection explores that symbiotic relationship between darkness, struggle, creativity, and survival, as these conditions can enhance and nurture our ability to think and dream deeply, creatively and vividly.
